This room is light and airy with three large windows providing views of the Coniston Old Man, and its surrounding fells

Lounge area

A dining table with seating for four persons occupies a corner of the room which is furnished with a large sofa and easy chairs. A colour television and DVD player are located in the lounge area along with a small library of books. A coal effect electric fire is available as an alternative to the central heating.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

Sleeping accommodation consists of two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and matching suite had Bedroom 2 has twin beds with fitted wardrobe and dressing table. A drop sided baby cot can be located in the twin bedroom if required. All bedding is provided and extra blankets available should they be needed. A waterproof covered mattress with sheets and blankets are also provided for the baby cot.

The Bathroom has a five piece coloured suite consisting of wash basin with shaver point, bidet, lavatory and bath with electric shower.

  Kitchen

This is fully fitted with ample storage cupboards, standard electric four hob top with grill and automatic oven, fridge/freezer. microwave and electric toaster. Cutlery and crockery plus a range of pots and pans are all provided. There is also a small breakfast bar and stools sufficient for two persons. A gas fired boiler provides the central heating and hot water system. The owners automatic washing machine with tumbler dryer can be used by arrangement. The kitchen window looks out with a view of Grizedale Forest.

Parking

Parking is off road on the right hand side of the driveway at the front of the building. There is room for up to two cars subject to overall length
